InSite is more than a taking a trip. It creates opportunities for growth and change. Students gain skills in the fields of personal development, leadership, and design thinking. These skills are practiced and developed throughout each module, each Action Sunday and for those who decide to join our growing alumni of agents who have gone to South Africa.

Each month, InSite agents come together to learn, bond and volunteer in the Amsterdam area. Our aim is to highlight some of the lesser known causes and movements and expose agents to the many different ways to create impact in our city and to put into practice the learnings presented in the modules for each month. Our partners in South Africa are in lockdown and have made their own masks. We’re here, supporting them from a distance and meddling through this pandemic, looking for opportunities instead of the obstacles.
Here are the new bakers for the Yuka Uzenzele Bakery overseen by Anna Moiso. We were able to secure a new leader and she recruited 15 bakers in less than 24 hours after Yondela resigns.
