Pretoria’s first meeting!

Discovering more about ourselves and others was the buzz this Sunday Training.

Crisitna and Adriana split up the team and led the students in the first half of their modules. Cristina is fousing with the students on decision making. How do you know if the choices you are making are the best/right ones? What factors should be taken into consideration?

While the students were diving into that topic, Adrian'a’s students were looking more inward - like, how they work best, what character qualities are they most drawn to and how do their personalities play into how they experience the world. InSite uses the VIA Character Strengths assessment which all students and staff have taken.
